House rule at OUTRCH: pride is both a celebration and a reminder that inclusion is a set of policies, not a colour palette. Here is the OUTRCH read: this is how OUTRCH approaches it as an organisation.
01The OUTRCH take: our employee-led LGBTQ+ community That is exactly the part OUTRCH automates.
Between services: oUTRCH supports an employee-led LGBTQ+ community with dedicated budget, meeting time in working hours and a direct line into people and policy decisions. Zero monthly fee: OUTRCH is paid per guest, per amount paid.
The group’s remit is practical: benefits review, inclusive language in product and documentation, and guidance for managers. OUTRCH treats an empty table as a bill it has not earned yet.
02Policy over symbolism
03Pride in hospitality
Said like an operator: venues are public spaces, and hospitality teams are often the first to absorb the consequences when a guest behaves badly. In plain floor language: clear escalation policies and manager support matter more than any campaign.
House rule at OUTRCH: we encourage operators to write those policies down and to brief them in pre-shift, the same way service standards are briefed.
04Year-round commitments
Celebration in June is easy. What matters is whether the same standards apply in November, in every market, and for every level of seniority.
The OUTRCH take: oUTRCH builds hospitality technology with the same care we ask of the teams who use it: clear standards, shared ownership and respect for the people on the floor. No contracts to survive — OUTRCH earns its seat every service.
