OUTRCH

Updated February 4, 2026

The OUTRCH platform can be connected to third-party services chosen by the Client, such as point-of-sale systems, payment providers, accounting tools, messaging providers and booking channels. These Third Party Terms & Conditions explain how those connections are governed.

011. Each third party operates under its own terms

Where the Client enables a connection, the third-party service is provided by that third party under its own terms of service and its own privacy practices. OUTRCH is not a party to that relationship and is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security or acts of the third party.

022. Data exchanged through a connection

By enabling a connection, the Client instructs OUTRCH to exchange the reservation, availability, transaction and guest contact data necessary to operate that connection. The Client may disable any connection at any time, after which no further data is exchanged.

033. Third-party charges are not OUTRCH fees

A third party may charge the Client directly — for example a booking channel cover fee, a payment processing fee, or a telecommunications carrier charge for message delivery in a particular country. Those amounts are owed to that third party, not to OUTRCH. OUTRCH adds no margin to them and receives no share of them.

OUTRCH’s only compensation remains the fixed fee per eligible guest and the commission on the amount paid, as stated in the applicable signed agreement. There is no subscription, licence, setup, implementation, annual, recurring, prepaid, per-message, renewal-rate or add-on charge.

044. Client responsibilities

  • Review and accept the third party’s terms before enabling a connection.
  • Ensure the Client has a lawful basis for any personal data shared through the connection.
  • Maintain its own account and credentials with the third party.
  • Disable a connection it no longer wishes to use.
  • 055. Changes and suspension

A third party may change, degrade or withdraw its service at any time. Where that happens, OUTRCH may suspend or remove the affected connection and will inform the Client. OUTRCH may also suspend a connection that creates a security, abuse or legal risk.

    066. No delivery, courier or logistics service

OUTRCH does not operate a delivery, courier or logistics service and is not affiliated with, and is not a subsidiary of, any delivery marketplace. Where a Client uses such a service, it does so under that provider’s own terms.
